Job summary

Reddit is expanding its Product Adoption team to drive ad product adoption for Large Customer Sales advertisers in the United States. You will partner with Sales to pitch, onboard, activate, and grow advertisers on Reddit’s critical product solutions, with a focus on Shopping products and performance goals.

You will enable Sales with knowledge, training, collateral, and market insights, and advocate for advertiser needs to PMM and Product teams, driving ongoing product development and revenue

Qualifications

• Experience scaling ads product adoption.
• Proven success with advertiser programs.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, PMM, Product.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by scaling Reddit’s priority ad products for Large Customer Sales advertisers in the US.
• Develop and manage programs to support product adoption across US advertisers and sales teams.
• Work directly with advertisers to pitch, onboard, activate, and grow clients with strategic product opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, PMM, Strategy & Ops, Enablement and other PA team members.
