Job summary

Propel is hiring a Senior Ad Operations Analyst to own how Marketplace campaigns are booked, built, launched, and delivered. You will manage inventory bookings, build campaigns in our CMS and Braze, and coordinate seasonal campaigns across teams.

This role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, QA, and data-driven optimization to improve outcomes for partners and users. You will work in a remote-friendly, Brooklyn-area environment with opportunities to impact both the product and the social safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, such as program management, project management, business operations or marketplace operations.
• Actively uses AI tools in your daily work and is comfortable with vibe coding fixes
• A record of owning projects end to end with little supervision, and of bringing problems to your team with a proposed fix
• Comfortable in Google Sheets and HTML, and able to pick up new patterns from examples
• Experience with A/B testing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own how Marketplace campaigns are booked, built, launched, and delivered.
• Own the inventory booking tool our teams use to book placements and flag utilization gaps.
• Build campaigns in our internal CMS and Braze, including collection pages and entry points from design specs, and set up A/B tests.
• Perform QA on copy, links, tags and budgets; coordinate cross-team during seasonal campaigns.
• Run post-campaign reviews and maintain documentation; use AI tools to ship fixes to the booking tool and calendar.
