Zusammenfassung

Propel is seeking a Senior Ad Operations Analyst to own Marketplace campaigns from booking to delivery, including partner launches, self-serve campaigns, and seasonal builds. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Business Development, Growth, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to execute campaigns using our CMS and Braze.

You will monitor pacing, QA copy, links and budgets, run post-campaign reviews, and leverage AI tools to optimize the booking tool and calendar.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in operations or marketplace operations.
• Experience owning projects end to end with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with Google Sheets and HTML; able to learn from examples.
• Experience with A/B testing is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own campaigns from inventory booking to full delivery.
• Build and QA campaigns in CMS and Braze per specs.
• Monitor pacing and flag risks with Customer Success teams.
• Lead seasonal and self-serve campaigns during build windows.
• Run post-campaign reviews and document learnings.
