Job summary

Propel is seeking a Senior Ad Operations Analyst to own how Marketplace campaigns are booked, built, launched, and delivered. You’ll manage campaigns from inventory booking to final delivery, including partner launches, multi-channel pushes, and seasonal builds, working across a cross-functional team in a fast-growing environment.

You will build campaigns in CMS and Braze from Figma specs, perform QA, and monitor pacing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, such as program management, project management, business operations or marketplace operations.
• Experience with AI tools in daily work and vibe coding fixes.
• Proven track record owning projects end-to-end with minimal supervision and proposing fixes to the team.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and HTML, and ability to learn new patterns from examples.
• Experience with A/B testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns from booking inventory to delivery, across partner launches, seasonal campaigns, and self-serve initiatives.
• Manage the inventory booking tool and flag utilization gaps, adding new levers as they launch.
• Build campaigns in CMS and Braze, including collection pages and design-spec-driven entry points; set up A/B tests.
• Perform QA on copy, links, tags, budgets; coordinate timelines with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Marketing.
• Monitor pacing, flag risk early to CSMs and BD; work with Insights on tests and budget shifts.
