Propel seeks a Senior Ad Operations Analyst to own how Marketplace campaigns are booked, built, launched, and delivered. You’ll work across Customer Success, Business Development, Growth, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure campaigns run smoothly from inventory booking to full delivery.

The role emphasizes ownership of campaigns, collaboration with internal teams, and the use of internal CMS and Braze for partner, self-serve, and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in operations (program/project/business/marketplace).
• Uses AI tools daily; comfortable with small code fixes.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
• Able to extract patterns from examples; data-driven.

Aufgaben

• Own campaigns from booking to final delivery in CMS and Braze.
• Manage inventory booking tool and handle non-self-serve requests.
• Build campaigns from Figma specs and create collection pages.
• QA copy, links, budgets; coordinate with success, product, engineering.
• Monitor pacing, flag risks, run post-campaign reviews.
