Job summary

Propel is building technology to strengthen the social safety net in America. We’re seeking a Senior Ad Operations Analyst to own how Marketplace campaigns are booked, built, launched, and delivered, reporting to the Ad Ops Manager.

You’ll manage campaigns from inventory booking through full delivery, including seasonal and self-serve initiatives, with collaboration across Customer Success, Growth, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. 3+ years in operations is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, such as program management, project management, business operations or marketplace operations.
• Actively uses AI tools in daily work and is comfortable with vibe coding fixes.
• A record of owning projects end to end with little supervision and proposing fixes.
• Comfortable in Google Sheets and HTML and able to pick up patterns from examples.
• Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
• An immediate opportunity to impact users and the business.

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns from booking to delivery, including partner launches and self-serve campaigns.
• Build campaigns in the CMS and Braze, including collection pages and design-spec entry points.
• QA copy, links, tags and budgets; coordinate timelines across teams for seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor pacing, flag risks early to Success Managers and Business Development; collaborate with Insights on tests and budget shifts.
• Run post-campaign reviews and maintain documentation; apply AI-driven fixes to tools and calendars.
