Job summary

Propel is seeking a Senior Ad Operations Analyst to own how Marketplace campaigns are booked, built, launched, and delivered. You’ll manage campaigns from inventory booking to delivery, working with Customer Success, Business Development, Growth, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

You’ll build campaigns in our CMS and Braze from design specs, run A/B tests, and ensure QA across copy, links, tags and budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations such as program management, project management, business operations or marketplace operations.
• Actively uses AI tools in daily work and is comfortable with basic code fixes.
• Owns projects end-to-end with minimal supervision and brings problems with proposed fixes.
• Comfortable in Google Sheets and HTML; able to learn patterns from examples.
• Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
• Remote-friendly with a dog-friendly office in Downtown Brooklyn; salary includes base + performance-based bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns from inventory booking to the day the budget fully delivers within your vertical.
• Build campaigns in our CMS and Braze, including collection pages from design specs and A/B test setup.
• QA copy, links, tags and budgets; coordinate with teams during seasonal windows.
• Monitor pacing, flag risks early, and run post-campaign reviews with documentation updates.
• Improve the booking tool and calendar using insights and AI-driven fixes.
