Job summary

Propel is seeking a Senior Ad Operations Analyst to own the booking, build, launch and delivery of Marketplace campaigns across partner, self-serve, and seasonal initiatives. You will coordinate with Customer Success, BD, Growth, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure campaigns run smoothly from inventory booking to full delivery.

You will build campaigns in our CMS and Braze, craft collection pages from design specs, and set up A/B tests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations such as program management, project management, business operations or marketplace operations.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and HTML.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work and ability to perform quick fixes.
• Track record of owning projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns from booking to delivery across one vertical, seasonal and self-serve campaigns.
• Manage inventory booking tool and flag utilization gaps.
• Build campaigns in CMS and Braze, including collection pages and design-driven entry points.
• QA copy, links, tags and budgets; coordinate timelines across teams.
• Monitor pacing, flag risks early and collaborate on tests and budget shifts.
• Lead post-campaign reviews and keep documentation up to date.
