AF Group is seeking an experienced Senior Actuary to lead pricing and product development for our expanding commercial multiline portfolio in Kalamazoo, MI.

The role focuses on property and casualty pricing, rate indications, and collaboration with Product and Underwriting to drive profitable growth across Commercial Auto, General Liability, and Property lines. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

• Strong pricing and actuarial modeling experience in P&C.
• Experience with multiline product development and pricing.
• Ability to translate market data into pricing strategies.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiline product development and pricing strategy for commercial lines.
• Evaluate pricing approaches and provide underwriting guidance.
• Collaborate with Product and Underwriting to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain pricing, reserving, and forecasting models.
• Provide mentorship to junior actuarial staff.
