Job summary

AF Group seeks an experienced Senior Actuary to lead multiline pricing and product development across Commercial Auto, General Liability and Property. The role drives pricing strategy, segmentation and profitable growth, partnering with Product and Underwriting to translate market insights into filing strategies and tools.

You will mentor analysts, build pricing frameworks, monitor performance metrics and present findings to senior management. FCAS/FSA or CAS/SOA and 8+ years required.

• Ability to make competent, independent decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of actuarial principles in pricing, reserving, and risk/capital management.

Responsibilities

• Provide actuarial leadership for multiline product development and pricing strategy across Commercial Auto, General Liability, and Property.
• Evaluate competitive pricing approaches and translate market research into filing strategies and pricing tools.
• Partner with Product and Underwriting to identify opportunities for segmentation and profitable growth.
• Develop and evolve pricing frameworks including rate indications and monitoring.
