Job summary

AF Group seeks an experienced Senior Actuary to lead multiline pricing strategy and product development. You will collaborate with Actuarial, Product, Underwriting, and Regulatory teams to translate market intelligence into pricing and underwriting guidance, while evolving the pricing framework toward experience-based approaches.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and advanced analytics across Commercial Auto, General Liability, and Property lines, with a focus on portfolio growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• FCAS/FSA designation with 8+ years P&C actuarial experience; OR CAS/SOA Associate with 12+ years P&C actuarial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide actuarial leadership for multiline product development and pricing strategy across Commercial Auto, General Liability, Property, and other lines.
• Evaluate competitive pricing approaches and translate market research into filing strategies and pricing tools.
• Partner with Product and Underwriting to identify opportunities for segmentation and pricing differentiation.
• Develop and evolve multiline pricing framework with rate indications, monitoring, and diagnostics.
• Perform actuarial analyses for pricing, reserving, capital management, and related purposes.
• Communicate findings and recommendations via presentations, reports, and pricing tools.
