AF Group seeks an experienced Senior Actuary to lead multiline product development and pricing, focusing on Commercial Auto, General Liability, Property and more as the portfolio grows. You will partner with Product and Underwriting to set pricing directions, segmentation and profitable growth.

The ideal candidate has FCAS/FSA and 8+ years P&C actuarial experience, with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in pricing tools and models.

Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of P&C actuarial experience with relevant designations.
• FCAS/FSA designation with 8+ years P&C OR CAS/SOA Associate with 12+ years.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for senior management presentations.

Responsabilités

• Provide actuarial leadership for multiline product development and pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with Product and Underwriting to identify segmentation and pricing opportunities.
• Develop pricing framework, rate indications, monitoring and diagnostics.
• Mentor actuarial analysts and present findings to stakeholders.
