Job summary

AF Group seeks an experienced Senior Actuary to lead pricing for a growing commercial multiline portfolio. The role requires strong property and casualty pricing expertise with product development experience and growth focus across lines.

You will collaborate with Product and Underwriting to define segmentation, guide pricing strategies, and mentor junior analysts while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• FCAS/FSA designation with 8+ years P&C actuarial experience, or CAS/SOA Associate designation with 12+ years P&C actuarial experience.
• Strong pricing, reserving, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide actuarial leadership for multiline product development and pricing strategy.
• Evaluate competitive pricing approaches and translate market research into filing strategies and pricing tools.
• Partner with Product and Underwriting to identify segmentation opportunities and profitable growth.
• Develop and evolve the multiline pricing framework including rate indications and monitoring.
