Job summary

AF Group is seeking a Senior Actuary to lead multiline pricing and product development for our expanding commercial portfolio. You will bring strong property and casualty pricing expertise and collaborate with Product and Underwriting to drive segmentation and profitable growth.

You will develop pricing frameworks, perform analyses for pricing and reserving, monitor industry trends, and mentor junior actuaries. FCAS/FSA or CAS/SOA with extensive P&C experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or math required.
• FCAS/FSA or CAS/SOA designation with extensive P&C experience required.
• Strong communication and leadership for actuarial work required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiline product development and pricing strategy (Commercial Auto, GL, Property).
• Evaluate pricing strategies and translate market research into filing strategies and pricing tools.
• Partner with Product and Underwriting to drive segmentation and profitable growth.
• Develop and evolve the multiline pricing framework including rate indications and diagnostics.
• Mentor junior actuarial analysts and present findings to stakeholders.
