Job summary

CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, is hiring an on-site Logistics Accounts Payable Supervisor in Mesquite, TX. You will oversee daily AP activities, ensure accuracy, and maintain strong vendor relations while upholding GAAP and internal controls.

You will lead, coach, and develop the AP staff, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Procurement on process improvements and ERP upgrades. A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years AP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounts payable experience with 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, GAAP/IFRS familiarity, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounts payable activities including invoice processing and payments.
• Monitor AP aging, vendor relations, and reconcile accounts.
• Supervise and coach AP staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Contribute to policy documentation and internal controls.
• Support ERP upgrades and process improvements.
