Job summary

CS Power Systems, a cutting-edge division of Canadian Solar, seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead daily AP activities, ensure accuracy, and drive process improvements. You will manage vendor relationships, monitor KPIs, and mentor AP staff while ensuring compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls.

Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of AP experience, including supervision. Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential in a fast-paced, on-site Texas environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, GAAP, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounts payable activities: invoice processing, payments, reimbursements, vendor reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies and controls.
• Monitor AP aging, payment schedules, and vendor relationships.
• Investigate discrepancies and vendor inquiries; resolve issues promptly.
• Coach and develop AP staff; conduct performance reviews and training.
• Document policies and improve processes for efficiency and automation.
