The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in AP, strong leadership, SAP, OpenInvoice and OpenTicket proficiency, and a track record of process improvements, SOX controls, and automation initiatives in a high-volume environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounts payable experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience in high-volume AP environments.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, internal controls, and GAAP.
• Experience with SAP, OpenInvoice, and OpenTicket.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots and lookups.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and develop the Accounts Payable team, providing coaching and performance management.
• Oversee timely processing of vendor invoices through OpenInvoice and SAP.
• Manage daily AP activities including approvals, coding, payments, and exception resolution.
• Monitor workflow queues in OpenInvoice/OpenTicket to meet SLAs.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Review and approve payment proposals, ACH, wire, and checks per policy and controls.
• Ensure reconciliation of AP subledgers and related balance sheet accounts.
• Support month-/quarter-/year-end close, accruals, and reporting.
• Maintain SOX compliance and internal controls in AP processes.
