Job summary

Beusa Energy Group in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead day-to-day AP operations in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment using Oracle Fusion. You will ensure timely, accurate invoice processing and payments while upholding internal controls and driving process improvements.

The role reports to the Procure to Pay Manager and requires a 4-year degree and 7+ years of AP experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience in a multi-entity, fast-paced environment preferred.
• Excellent vendor relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations).
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily AP operations, including invoice intake, validation, coding review, matching, and payment readiness.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and timely per policy and terms.
• Manage and rebalance team workloads to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Drive disciplined execution across processing, backlog management, and issue resolution.
• Serve as escalation point for operational issues, vendor concerns, and inquiries.
• Partner with Procurement, Receiving, and Accounting to resolve issues impacting processing and payments.
• Identify and escalate Oracle Fusion or process breakdowns; support testing of improved workflows.
• Oversee AP close activities, accruals, and month-end reporting.
