Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Accounts Payable experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 2–4 years of Electronic Expense Reporting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Vouchers A/P invoices and process payments to vendors.
• Completes full-cycle accounts payable with ERP matching (Oracle).
• Processes 300–400 invoices per week with accuracy.
• Prepares ad hoc reports and analyzes A/P payments.
• Resolves invoice discrepancies and supports expense reporting.
