Job summary

Crane Aerospace and Electronics, Inc. in Lynnwood, WA is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to support day-to-day AP operations, review purchase orders, invoices, and statements, and ensure accurate posting and timely payments.

You will maintain vendor records, respond to inquiries, and assist with month-end accruals and AP aging. A high school diploma and 1+ year in accounting are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably Oracle.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting or related field (1+ year).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect, code and compile data to prepare AP invoices and debit memos.
• Update vendor records and banking details.
• Prepare month-end AP accruals and monitor AP aging.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
