Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to handle day-to-day invoice processing, verify amounts, and maintain the AP ledger for timely payments.

You will review POs, invoices and statements, code expenses, prepare payments, and respond to vendor inquiries while upholding internal controls. A HS diploma and 1+ year accounting experience are required; proficiency in Excel and Oracle is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Oracle.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase orders, invoices, and statements for accuracy.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure timely payments.
• Code and post AP transactions, prepare payments, and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Prepare month-end AP accruals and monitor the AP aging.
