Responsibilities include daily ledger integrity, intercompany policies, and collaboration with the external CPA. This role requires experience with RevLink, RazorSync, and payroll systems, plus a strategic eye for budgeting and cost control.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive, full-cycle accounting experience with ownership of month-end close.
• Experience in an inventory-intensive business (equipment dealer, distribution, HVAC, or home services).
• Experience with multiple entities and intercompany reconciliation and consolidated reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations).
• Knowledge of payroll accounting, payroll taxes, and Texas sales tax.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full monthly close for three entities and the parent with a documented calendar.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Produce location-level revenue, gross margin, labor cost, and overhead reporting.
• Manage inventory accounting at serial-number level and relate to floor plan statements.
• Coordinate intercompany accounting, eliminations, and periodic physical counts.
