Job summary

Boutique Recruiting seeks an experienced Controller to oversee accounting operations across three entities in Ennis, TX. You will manage month-end close, reporting, intercompany accounting, cash flow, and inventory, ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance.

The role requires a detail-oriented finance professional with manufacturing and multi-entity experience, capable of independent work and cross-functional collaboration with international leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with multiple entities and intercompany accounting.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Onsite work in Ennis, TX five days a week.
• CPA designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations for three entities, including AP, AR, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Manage month-end close, journal entries, and GL accuracy.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and consolidate for international leadership.
• Handle intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Analyze balance sheets and income statements for variances and performance.
• Manage fixed assets, inventory, and slow-moving stock reporting.
• Review costing and analyze labor/overhead for profitability.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and financial records.
• Coordinate tax accounting and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support audits and internal controls improvements.
• Assist with ERP implementations and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with finance and operations for continuous improvement.
