Reporting to the Controller, this hands-on role requires building procedures, partnering with the CFO, and guiding the accounting function through acquisitions and ERP transitions.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive accounting with ownership of a monthly close in a multi-entity environment.
Strong consolidation and intercompany experience with eliminations and consolidation.
Experience designing accruals and estimates and defending them to auditors.
Hands-on transaction-cycle experience: AP, AR, payroll, and cash applications.
Experience with automation and data mindset; familiarity with AI/LLM tools in accounting.
Proficient in MS Excel and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Own daily transactional accounting across the multi-entity group and supervise the Staff Accountant.
Lead the monthly close across six operating entities and consolidation.
Oversee intercompany eliminations, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting package.
Drive M&A accounting integration including opening balance sheets and COA mapping.
Support transition to a new ERP system and build scalable processes.
