Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations in Southlake, Texas. This role includes managing a team of 4–6 accounting professionals and involves close interaction with financial controls, process design, and ERP systems.

Candidates should have at least 6 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles in multi-entity environments. A competitive compensation package, including performance-based bonuses, is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a people-management role.
• Proven experience operating in a multi-entity accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities across multiple entities.
• Own and drive the monthly and annual close process.
• Manage revenue recognition, accruals, and expense allocations.
