Job summary

LPC Personnel, Inc seeks a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting, tax, finance, and administrative functions for a multi-entity organization in Houston. You will partner with executive leadership to support strategic and day-to-day decisions.

Responsibilities include leading close processes, enforcing internal controls, and guiding external auditors and tax advisors. Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and people management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 5-7 years in multi-entity environments.
• Experience managing accounting staff.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting and intercompany activities.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, annual close and consolidation reporting.
• Supervise cash flow forecasting and payments.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
• Provide guidance on complex transactions and new standards.
• Manage external auditors and tax advisors.
• Oversee U.S. income, sales/use, property, inventories taxes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Lead ERP implementation and system enhancements.
• Mentor accounting staff and resource planning.
