Jobot is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join the finance team in Moses Lake, WA. This hands-on leadership role will own accounting across multiple entities, support the monthly close, and partner with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience with multi-entity ERP systems. Opportunity to mentor staff, influence controls, and drive process improvements within a stable international organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-entity environments.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting across multiple entities.
• Own accounting for international and investment-related entities.
• Coordinate with internal and external accounting partners.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Support payroll and month-end close across states.
