Job summary

Care Access is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, coordinating audits, and maintaining strong internal controls in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee general ledger, intercompany, and multi-entity consolidation, while coaching team members and collaborating across departments to improve processes and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-entity and international consolidations, including overseas entities, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency considerations.
• Advanced Excel skills are required; experience with financial reporting and consolidation tools is preferred.
• Prior managerial or supervisory experience is strongly preferred, with the ability to coach, develop, and review the work of accounting team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate accounting matters clearly.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to put in the additional effort needed to meet deadlines and support business priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger activities, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany and subsidiary transactions, multi-entity consolidation, and timely month-end and period-end close processes.
• Provide technical accounting support and assist with accounting determinations, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, equity-related accounting, stock-based compensation, consolidation, intercompany transactions.
• Support accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
• Identify and execute process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Partner with accounting leadership and external advisors to support audits, tax filings, and other external reporting requirements.
• Coordinate audit support and ensure timely preparation of requested documentation.
