Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3–4 years of accounting experience; public or private mix preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience with revenue recognition, inventory, or complex accounting areas.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, analyses and account reconciliations.
• Maintain and improve month-end close processes and reconciliations.
• Ensure GAAP compliance across financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate and use AI-enabled tools to speed close.
• Assist with annual financial statement audit requests and fieldwork.
• Analyze fluctuations in statements and GL accounts for accuracy.
• Prepare operational and ad hoc reports for assigned areas.
• Support accounting leadership as needed.
