Qualifications

• 8+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and general ledger fundamentals.
• Experience processing wires and payments, including confirmation of wire instructions.
• Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple entities.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Exposure to household payroll processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping activities for multiple individuals, trusts and legal entities.
• Initiate and process domestic and international wires.
• Track and maintain accurate classifications of credit card expenses.
• Generate reports for tax department for tax return preparation.
• Support Payroll Manager for household payroll processing.
• Track real estate expenditures and capital improvements and related payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment activity.
• Maintain organized accounting files in accordance with internal policies.
