The role requires accuracy, discretion, and the ability to balance multi-entity accounting with personal support to management and family members. Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office, plus 3–5 years’ experience and a Bachelor’s in Accounting, are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of multi-entity accounting experience, preferably supporting a family office or trusts.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, including task-management functions.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential financial and personal information.
• The ability to work independently while responding to the needs of management and family members.
• Experience preparing business reports and presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple family-owned businesses, trusts, and individuals.
• Reconcile bank and investment accounts, track financial activity, and maintain accurate records in family office accounting software.
• Manage bill payments and invoicing for family entities and individual family members.
• Keep financial records organized across multiple entities and accounts while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Assist family members and management with scheduling, calendar management, phone calls, travel arrangements, property-related coordination, personal tasks, and local errands.
• Receive, sort, and coordinate incoming mail and deliveries for executives.
• Provide additional accounting and administrative support as needed.
