Rock Oak Capital Partners is seeking a hands-on Senior Staff Accountant to support the general ledger, month-end close, treasury operations, and intercompany reconciliations across its diversified portfolio. Qualifications

3–6 years of progressive accounting experience across multiple entities.
Strong general ledger and account reconciliations experience.
Hands-on experience supporting month-end close and intercompany balances.
Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP platform is preferred.
Proficient Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, complex formulas).
Discretion handling confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations and supporting schedules across entities.
Support month-end and year-end close, including intercompany balances.
Monitor treasury activities: cash management and intercompany funding.
Assist with tax schedules, audit support and compliance filings.
Maintain accounting practices across portfolio holdings and entities.
Identify process improvements in reconciliations and workflows.
