The role involves processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and investment accounts, preparing journal entries, and supporting month-end close. Experience in a family office, client services, or public accounting is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience required.
• Experience with Family Office, Client Services, or Public Accounting preferred.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the full accounting cycle for multiple entities (personal, trust, LLCs).
• Process accounts payable and receivable with timely payments and accurate records.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, investment, and loan accounts; resolve discrepancies.
