Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required. Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Develops an understanding of each client’s business/organization operations; manages multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Leads coordination and processing of accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts and payroll posting/recording.
• Coordinates and reviews account reconciliations, prepares and reviews financial statements, and creates process documentation.
• Completes sales tax returns, Form 1099s, audit workpapers, and tax-related items as requested by clients.
• Oversees workflow and quality of work of Associates and Analysts; supervises and ensures efficiency and quality.
• Assists with special projects including internal audit, due diligence, system selection, and other consultative engagements.
