Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking a Senior in CAAS to support the Higher Education industry from Oak Brook IL, King of Prussia PA, Austin TX, Houston TX, or Minneapolis MN offices. This role involves client service, accounting processing, and project work across multiple clients.

Two years of accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree are required; related experience may substitute to some extent. Compensation varies by geography with Illinois wage ranges listed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant accounting/financial experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of related experience and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Develops understanding of each client's business operations.
• Leads accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts and payroll postings.
• Coordinates and reviews account reconciliations and prepares financial statements.
• Completes sales tax returns and Form 1099s and prepares audit workpapers.
• Oversee workflow and quality of work of Associates and Analysts.
• Assists with internal audit, due diligence, system selection, and other projects.
