Job summary

Pace Analytical is seeking an experienced account management leader to oversee the development and implementation of account management programs for our California laboratory services, driving revenue and customer satisfaction. You will manage staff, set pricing, develop policies, coordinate resources, and ensure compliance with applicable laws while working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, operations, or a closely related field.
• Five (5) years of progressive sales experience, including two (2) years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff including hiring, training, development and engagement of self and team members, evaluating performance, providing compensation recommendations.
• Generates new business, increases wallet share, implements price increases and manages surcharges to grow revenue.
• Oversees account management programs to achieve sales and operational results and ensures compliance with standards and policies.
