Qualifications

• 10–13 years experience in Account Management, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, or credit card portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships to drive growth and retention. Present to c-suite as needed.
• Collaborate with matrix teams to achieve objectives across Credit Management, Field, Portfolio Analytics, and Marketing.
• Identify strategic needs of portfolio and align plans with P&L goals and long-term strategy.
• Assess capabilities and prioritize new capability turn-ons based on value and impact.
• Lead analytics to predict future performance and guide decisions across departments.
• Drive value proposition strategy and secure brand alignment for new opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive forecasts for acquisition and new accounts with cross-functional data.
