Responsibilities

• Lead a Product Value Stream and collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategy and execution.
• Act as primary liaison for stakeholders, communicating vision, strategy, and progress with regular updates.
• Coach and grow team members into long-term leaders and scale the team in line with company strategy.
