Kratos Antenna Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to support order management, customer communication, and project coordination. Based in Plano, TX, this role collaborates with Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Shipping to ensure accurate orders and smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in customer service or order management, strong communication skills, and ERP experience (Epicor preferred).

Competenze

• 5–7 years experience in customer service, order management, or related operational support roles.
• ERP experienced required, Epicor preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated teamwork, initiative, and a positive, solutions-focused approach.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolutions clearly.
• Perform order entry and validation in Epicor from quote to delivery.
• Review orders for alignment with pricing, scope, and requirements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot orders, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing delays.
