Job summary

• Juggle multiple accounts and priorities without losing accuracy or attention to detail

What you bring:

• 5+ years of customer service or account management experience
• EDI and SAP experience
• Manufacturing and/or logistics background
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A self-starter mindset and comfort working independently or as part of a team

Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint required. High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
