Job summary

Ektello is seeking an Order Management Associate for a 12-month, onsite assignment in Plano, TX. The role focuses on end-to-end order processing, ERP/SAP experience, and customer-facing responsibilities to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

In this position, you will manage orders via EDI or manual methods, coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance, and generate reports on order status and discrepancies while upholding data integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of order management or related experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in business.
• ERP/ SAP experience with order processing.
• EDI experience is a plus.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are received and submitted in ERP systems via EDI, SPACE, or manual methods.
• Manage account portfolios, track delivery dates, and adjust PO prices.
• Update customer and order data maintaining data integrity.
• Review price adjustments with finance and sales.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, logistics, and customer service to fulfill orders.
• Generate reports on open, shipped, aged orders.
