Job summary

Arkema Inc. is seeking a customer service professional responsible for ensuring the quality of the Sales Order Management process, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting revenue through effective order handling and interdepartmental coordination.

You will manage orders for key customers, including complex supply chains, use SAP master data and reporting tools, resolve issues, and participate in ISO training and process improvements to drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in order management and ERP systems.
• Strong SAP/ERP master data and order process knowledge.
• Ability to manage complex supply chain models (vendor-managed inventory, consignment).

Responsibilities

• Oversee order management for key customers, 2000+ orders/yr; ensure 24-hr acknowledgement.
• Resolve customer issues and manage the complaint process, including after-hours crises.
• Participate in ISO training and support daily training activities for team development.
• Attend supply chain and S&OP meetings; communicate changes and impact on product delivery.
