Job summary

PrideStaff in Florida seeks an Account Representative / Sales Support to manage the full customer order lifecycle, from quotation to delivery. You will support the Account Manager, handle high-volume orders in Dynamics 365, and coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in order processing, ERP experience, and strong Excel and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree or equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service/order management/procurement/logistics or related areas.
• ERP or business-system experience required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager with daily management of assigned customer accounts.
• Respond to inquiries regarding quotations, pricing, product availability, order status, changes, shipping, and account information.
• Provide accurate and timely communication throughout the order lifecycle.
• Assist with preparing quotations and following up on open customer requests.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Process a high volume of quotations and sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Review parts, machinery, product specifications, and configurations for accurate entry.
• Monitor orders from entry through procurement, fulfillment, shipment, invoicing, and delivery.
• Maintain data integrity and order records across company systems.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics to confirm availability and timelines.
• Track order and shipment progress and communicate updates to customers and the Account Manager.
• Resolve pricing, inventory, documentation, delivery schedules, or invoicing issues.
