• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal Cox platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring SLAs and client requirements are met.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, reconditioning, and readiness for sale.
• Audit condition reports, images, and certifications to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support auction operations.
• Maintain accurate records and use internal platforms to track status.
• Adhere to safety procedures and Cox standards.
• Handle communications with clients regarding vehicle condition and approvals.
