Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Commercial Services Specialist II to support high-revenue client accounts in a fast-paced vehicle operations environment. The role emphasizes accountability and accuracy across run planning, scheduling, and invoicing while maintaining strong client relationships.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of related experience, with Excel proficiency and the ability to operate standard office equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Must be able to operate adding machines and other office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to numerous account holders and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Run and analyze reports for trends and compliance to monitor performance.
• Coordinate vehicle transportation and ensure timely delivery while resolving issues.
• Audit sale vehicle run processes, including run orders, scheduling, notices to customers, and invoicing.
• Liaise between clients and all auction departments to ensure positive client experiences.
