Crane Solutions LLC is seeking an Account Operations Supervisor, Ground to lead the Operational Account Coordinator team and own upstream demand accuracy. You will ensure complete customer requests, govern consolidation, and maintain high-quality communications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading account coordination for strategic, high-value programs.
• Experience presenting operational reviews to customers.
• Ability to author SOPs, decision trees and training material actually used.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or similar dashboards.
• Understanding of cross-border documentation and logistics.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Own intake quality and booking governance for complete, accurate bookings.
• Audit bookings for asset detail, references, addresses, dates and service levels.
• Maintain 15-minute booking creation after a customer request is complete.
• Verify customer orders reconcile to requests before booking in TMF.
• Reduce rework by identifying root causes of defects and driving improvements.
• Own consolidation decision tree and prevent duplicate freight across bookings.
• Coordinate with Capacity Manager on capacity changes and documentation in flight.
• Set and enforce account communication standards and escalation processes.
• Prepare and present operational performance in account reviews with actionable fixes.
