Job summary

Crane is seeking an Operations Supervisor, Ground to oversee the Outbound and Inbound Specialist teams across the full ground shipment lifecycle. You will own execution quality from booking acceptance through delivery and billing, ensuring coverage, escalation, and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, shift planning, and performance coaching to maintain high service levels and data integrity between TMF and Aljex systems.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate a 24/7 operations team.
• Must be able to interpret operational data and escalate issues appropriately.
• Experience with TMF and Aljex is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Outbound and Inbound Specialist teams to ensure on-time bookings and cargo handoffs.
• Balance workload and reassign files to cover volume spikes and absences.
• Serve as first escalation tier and route issues to the right owners.
