Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an Account Operations Supervisor, Ground, in Houston to lead the Account Operations Coordinator team. You will own upstream demand quality, consolidation decisions, and clear customer communication, while driving account-level performance and process improvements.

The role requires 5–7 years in freight or 3PL operations, leadership experience, and proficiency with TMF, Aljex, Power BI, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in logistics, supply chain, business or related field; equivalent operational experience considered.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality of intake and booking governance for demand in the ground network.
• Audit bookings for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness at first release.
• Own consolidation decisioning to prevent duplicate freight and optimize capacity.
• Coach the team and drive standard operating procedures, training, and performance reviews.
• Present operational performance data and actions in account reviews.
