Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager for the SouthEast region, covering TN, NC, SC, GA, AL, MS, and FL. This home-based role reports to the East Territory Sales Manager and focuses on growing profitable business by leveraging TE’s portfolio of products, services, and core competencies across a broad customer base.

You will drive territory strategies, engage customers early, and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Engineering or Technology degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales, Distribution Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Project Management.
• Experience with Key Customers and outside sales territory with growth.
• Strong problem solving, strategic/tactical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and to influence without authority.
• Willingness to travel 50% to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Promote TE products and solutions within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a territory strategy to grow profitable business.
• Maintain Extraordinary Customer Experience through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with OEM engineering to develop engineered solutions using TE’s portfolio.
• Build relationships to position TE as a strategic partner.
• Identify new opportunities and manage account coverage.
