Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Client Services Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients and keep them while growing the relationship.

You will work with the strategists and delivery team to ensure one clear voice for the client, drive renewals, upsells, and manage a seven-figure annual quota across retention and expansions.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, or advertising.
• Proven track record of retaining clients and selling additional work.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
